Nelufar studied Business Information Systems at the University of Duisburg-Essen and holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science. For more than 14 years, she worked as a researcher focusing not only on requirements engineering (RE) in general but also on RE related to safety, security, and privacy/trustworthiness by design. In her thesis, she focused on software documentation for embedded control software. She joined the DIC Essen in June 2020. At UME, her tasks involve requirements engineering and project management in various projects.
